The only hint of skepticism is a brief passage near the beginning in which she refers to Paul Offit's 2013 book, and briefly quotes him saying what I've been saying all along, that "integrative medicine" is a brand, a marketing term, rather than a specialty. She also noted his criticism in his book of what is now NCCIH, and includes a quote by Dr. Offit about Josephine Briggs (...) " medicine will do any better after having appropriated lifestyle interventions and rebranding them as somehow being "integrative." What is integrative medicine, anyway?
